This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on Yan’s Selection (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by JAMIE HANDCRAFT.
1. Courier Service
All orders placed on our website are shipped via:
J&T Express Malaysia
We reserve the right to change courier services when necessary to ensure timely and secure delivery.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to:
West Malaysia
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (sales campaigns, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances), processing may take longer.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are calculated after dispatch, not from order date.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
📍 East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
Courier operational delays
Weather conditions
Remote area locations
Public holidays
Peak festive seasons
Yan’s Selection is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to terms and conditions.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or order confirmation page.
Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels using the provided tracking number.
7. Delivery Issues & Failed Delivery
Yan’s Selection shall not be held responsible for delivery failures caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
Refusal to accept the parcel
Failure to collect the parcel from courier after attempted delivery
Any additional re-delivery or return shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility lies with the courier service.
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected receiving) the parcel.
We will assist in liaising with the courier; however, compensation (if any) is subject to courier investigation and approval.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
Shipping address is complete and accurate
Contact number is valid and reachable
Yan’s Selection will not be liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.
